Treatment
In the animal treatment process, the veterinarian describes in detail the data on the anamnesis, diagnosis, and other measurements. Various examinations can be performed, such as parasitological examination or dental check-up. When determining the diagnosis of the treated animal, they can assist themselves by reviewing the graphical representation of the animal's weight changes. During the treatment process, various documentation (reports, images, etc.) is also created, which the veterinarian can easily add to the treatment while reviewing previous treatment records and obtained health documentation.
We have prepared examples and descriptions of the functionality that can be found on the tab Treatment. The tab is located on the treatment documents, which we access in the menu Veterinary | Treatment.
The manual is divided into the following chapters:
Cancel |
When a user enters data into the program form that they have determined to be incorrect, they can easily remove the entered data using the Cancel button. In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you on how to do this.
Delete
In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you on how the user can easily delete the entered data they do not want or need using the Delete button.
Treatment
In the sub-tab Treatment, the responsible person enters data on the anamnesis, diagnosis, basic examination of the treated animal, and writes professional instructions to the owner on how to care for the sick animal, etc. In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you that describes how to enter individual data into the program.
Examination
Various types of examinations are performed in the veterinary treatment process. The parasitological examination allows for the analysis of feces and appropriate treatment of the animal based on their presence. During the dental examination, the condition of the oral cavity and teeth is assessed, and diagnoses and necessary interventions or treatments are determined. In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you that describes how to enter individual data into the program and prepare the required reports.
Weighing
Weighing and monitoring changes in body weight of the animal provides veterinarians with additional information for assessing the health situation of the animal. In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you on how to check the movement of the animal's body weight using a graphical representation.
Documentation
In the animal treatment process, various documentation can be created: laboratory reports, ultrasound images, X-rays, etc. All obtained documentation is attached by the responsible person in the veterinary clinic to the treatment document. In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you showing how to attach documentation to the treatment document.
History
The history allows for a comprehensive overview of treatments that have already been created for the animal. This way, the veterinarian can review all created treatments in one place, access them, and get a quick insight into the health status of the animal. In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you showing how to easily review records in the animal's history, where you can additionally filter the treatment documents.
