Company info

The Company tab in the Settings module shows information about your company.

Clicking the
(pencil) icon enables you to edit the company information.

Company info shows the following fields:
Logo
|
Enter or upload the company logo. The logo is printed on certain reports.
Drop the image file into the grey box or click in the grey box to open the file explorer and select the desired file.
The proportions have to be 2.24 (W) x 1.26 (H).

Company name
|
Select the company name that has already been entered in the Subjects register.

Note on document (3 rows) |
Custom note that will be displayed or printed out on document where you select the 3-row note.
'Document Header - Large Print (3 rows)' is used to print out the main company data (e.g. company address).

Note on document (6 rows) |
Custom note that will be displayed or printed out on document where you select the 6-row note.
'Document Header - Small Print (6 rows)' is used for an additional description of the company. Most often, it contains the statutory information you want to be displayed for the subject who receives such a document. This field has space for six rows of text and will be displayed in smaller font (10 dots) and in plain print. This information will appear on all outgoing documents.

Google API Key |
Entering the Google API key enables Google Search and Google Maps to work properly, e.g. in travel orders.
If you want to select the Google API key, you have to register into the Google Cloud Console service and enable API keys for Google. You can find instructions on how to obtain a Google key on the offical Google documentation page.

Save
|
Saves alls changes made when entering data.
|
Cancel
|
Discards changes and stops the editing process.
