Mass Transfer to FA Register
You can transfer several fixed assets from the register of Fixed Assets in Acquisition to the regular Fixed Assets register. Mass transfer to the Fixed Assets register will join selected assets to one new asset.
The procedure of mass transfer can be triggered from the Value tab by right click on a line and choosing the option Mass Transfer to FA Register, as shown on the image below.
A new window Mass Transfer to FA Register is opened for all assets that do not have Entry type: 43 - Transfer to fixed asset register yet.
1. Header
In the header, basic information about the new fixed asset can be defined.

Inventory No.
|
Displays the next free inventory number of the Fixed Assets register.

FA Name
|
Enter the name of the new fixed asset.
|
|
Price
|
Enter the total price.
|
|
Deprec. Category
|
Select a depreciation category of the new record in the Fixed Assets register. It is not mandatory to enter it, that is, you can also add it later after completing the transfer to the register.

Activation Date
|
Set the activation date of the fixed asset.
|
|
Group
|
From the drop-down menu, select a group of fixed assets.
|
|
Status
|
Set the status of the fixed asset.
|
|
Department
|
From the drop-down menu, you can select the department in which fixed asset is used or located.

|
Cost Center
|
From the drop-down menu, you can select cost center which fixed asset is associated with.

HINT
Using the function  opens a lookup table, in which multiple options can be selected within a single field. In this case, different Cost Centers in relation to their Name, Group or Status are displayed.
In the lookup table, you can see also non-active cost centers.

Status of transferred FA/ST in acq.
|
Assign a status to all inventory numbers in the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register that are now considered a single fixed asset (e.g. Inactive).

Type
|
Select a register to enter data:
- Fixed Assets – Used to enter fixed assets and all the related data.
- Small Tools – Used to enter small tools and all the related data.

Transfers the selected fixed assets to the Fixed Assets register. |
2. Lines
The lines show information about fixed assets in acquisition that can be transferred to the Fixed Assets register as one new fixed asset.

Inventory number of the fixed asset in acquisition is displayed from the Value tab of the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register.

Date of the fixed asset in acquisition is displayed from the Value tab of the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register.

|
Value of the fixed asset in acquisition is displayed from the Value tab of the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register.

Department
|
Department of the fixed asset in acquisition is displayed from the Value tab of the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register.

|
Cost center of the fixed asset in acquisition is displayed from the Value tab of the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register.
