Filtering Tasks by Status

When dealing with tasks, these can have different statuses; they can be not started, in conflict with other tasks, completed, in progress, or have been cancelled.
Tasks can also easily be filtered with the status selection (predefined filters for this purpose).

CASE SUMMARY
The Tecta company has established eWorkflows, which automatically assign the user work tasks. Upon logging in to the program, the To-Do form is displayed to Accountant Ashley.
For an easier organisation of their work day, the person responsible first checks the task list according to the status of the task, since they were unexpectedly absent the two previous days.
This is done in the following manner:
|
The person responsible wants to know how many Outstanding tasks they have.
For this reason, the person responsible uses predefined filters on the To-Do form.
The person responsible selects the Outstanding tasks predefined filter.
The program returns a list of tasks with the selected status, on the right side of the form.

In this case, the person responsible sees that they have three outstanding tasks, since they have not been carried out in the person responsible's absence.
In the same way, the person responsible also checks the task list according to other predefined filters.
