 |
Hint
If the required Inspection or Institution is not available in the list, or if the interval needs to be modified, double‑click the respective field to open the Subjects register, where the data can be added or updated.
|
After selecting the inspection type, the Inspection Date, Institution and Interval fields are automatically populated.

The person responsible selects the Meets Standards checkbox, confirming that the van passed the inspection without any issues.

The person responsible enters a different Inspection Date, as the inspection was carried out on 3. 8. 2025 rather than on the current date.
After selecting the date, the person responsible presses the down‑arrow key on the keyboard. This action saves the current entry, automatically populates the Next Inspection field with 3. 8. 2026 (based on the Interval field), and generates a new line for additional entries.

The person responsible has successfully added a new inspection record.
 |
Hint
- The second line created by pressing the downward arrow is not automatically saved and will not be visible once the person responsible moves out of the Regular Inspections tab. It can also be immediately removed by pressing the upward-pointing arrow key on the keyboard.
- When entering the next inspection details, pressing the downward arrow key creates a new entry line.
