In the Items Register are listed all products, semi-finished products, raw materials, services, etc., that your company buys or sells. 

Item Types

Here you can set item type used in automatic posting (for more informtion see received and issued invoices, and material consumption).

Item Categories

In this register create or manage items categories for whom you can generate various reports.

Units of Measurement

Units of Measurement register is used to enter simple (pcs, liter) and collective (carton, pallet) units of measurement.

Price and Discount Formulas

Enter formulas used in non-standard pricing or different discounts in this register.

Serial Number Templates

In this register enter number and column title of product variants, used to track stock by size numbers and parameters and criteria for entering serial numbers.

Import price list

This function enables you to import price lists from Excel.

Fixed Prices

If you are using fixed prices in valuation, enter date of validity and create a document of price adjustement.

Use the Quick Pricing function to view sale prices by pricing levels.
