By selecting Work Preparation tab in Input Completed Work displays data for work prepared in a work order. A list contains lines with operations of manufacturing specification. Content-wise it is the same as in WO Work Preparation.

Lines in Bottom Section

Alt. Displays alternate specification where a specific line can be found.
Line Displays a line number of the operation that can be found in product specification.
Operation Displays an ID of operation.
Description Displays a short text giving description (naming) the operation.
Note Enter a short text as a note to line. Clicking the icon opens a note. If a note has been entered the icon is grey and in bold-type.
Batch Displays a selected number of specification units representing a manufacturing batch.
Time/WO [MHR] Displays a total time required for operation in manufacturing. Here are included production and set up time.
Used Displays the already reported, or better, realized time of operation.
U/M Displays a unit of measurement used for product time.
Resource Displays an ID of resource where an operation is being carried out.
Start Displays date and time of the start of operation that can be found in schedule data when issuing work order or modified data when editing operation of manufacturing specification.
End Displays date and time of the end of operation that can be found in schedule data when issuing work order or modified data when editing operation of manufacturing specification.
Active If checked, marks whether a line is active in order to be able to create work documentation or not.
Finished If checked, marks whether an operation was finished.
Item Type Displays an item type.
Prim. Cat. Displays a primary category of item. 
Sec. Category Displays a secondary category of item.
Volume Displays a volume of specifications expressed in unit of measurement for which production time is determined ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 units. Should you for example select "1000 units" to be produced appropriate production time will be used.
Tpr/1 Displays production time per unit or batch.
Tsu/1 Displays set up time per unit or batch required for production.
Tpr/Volume Displays production time required per volume.
Tsu/Volume Displays set up time required per volume.
