Linked Events

The Linked Events panel shows any previous incidents to which the current incident was linked. That is, in this case an answer to the incident was already submitted, or you would like to continue it after it has been closed.

Typically, you should open a linked event when you are not able to submit an answer to an incident because it was closed.

If the incident was created using the Add with Reference 008402.gif, function, a new incident is created that contains the other incident as a linked event. Having selected this function links the event where you are located.
