Daily Plan
The Daily plan document type register allows you to create, change, delete and check document types of the daily plan. Here you can set all the parameters for the daily plan, specify the department to which the plan applies, and link it with a calendar. Additional settings for resources, employees, work orders and operation types can also be set.
The settings can be accessed from the menu Settings | Program | Document Types. The document types register, where you expand the Plans panel and select the Daily Plan panel, will open.

Below is a description of the register’s features.

Department
|
Select the department to which you want to assign the document type of the daily plan.
If the checkbox next to the field is checked, the input of this information on the document is mandatory. If such information is not provided, a warning is returned.

Calendar
|
Select the daily plan calendar that you wish to assign to the daily plan.

By clicking the button, the Add new Calendar form for creating and editing the daily plan calendars will open. |

Include Tsu in calculating planned time in Daily Plan
|
If checked, the set-up time (Tsu) will be included in calculating the planned time in the daily plan.

Show operation state
|
If checked, the state of the operation is shown in the daily plan.

If checked, tool change work order can be created from daily plan document. |
| Enter Employee Related to the Resource to Plan |
If checked, only employees linked to the resource in the Employees tab of Resources register can be added to the resource in the daily plan document. |

Show Plan/Done Qty on Daily Plan
|
From the dropdown menu, select an option of quantity that you would like to have shown on the daily plan.
The options are:
- Do not show – quantities are not displayed on the daily plan.
- Show Done Qty from WO – displays quantity of good products from the work order.
- Show Done Qty from Operation - displays quantity of good products from the operation.
- Show Done and Bad Qty from WO - displays quantity of good and bad products from the work order.
- Show Done and Bad Qty from Operation - displays quantity of good and bad products from the operation.

Select default Tool Change WO document type that will be created from the daily plan. The field is only visible, if Plan Tools is checked. |
| Compound Service |
Select default compound service for the Tool Change WO created from the daily plan. The field is only visible, if Plan Tools is checked. |
| Assembly Operation |
Select default assembly operation for the Tool Change WO created from the daily plan. The field is only visible, if Plan Tools is checked. |
| Disassembly Operation |
Select default disassembly operation for the Tool Change WO created from the daily plan. The field is only visible, if Plan Tools is checked. |
