Lines to Add
In the panel with the list of lines for transfer you can find a list of all lines you have previously selected in the panel for the document selection.
You can still edit this list of lines afterwards and eliminate lines for transfer into document that you are not creating.

In a single treatment you are adding postions on selected animal, on group treatment all selected positons will be added to all alnimals |

The button is displayed (activated) only, when you select at least one line for transfer into document you are creating.
With the click on the button the adding of all selected lines for transfer into document is being carried out.
If no line is transferred, any trying to add results in an error note (see No documents have been selected for transfer!).

With the click on the button you delete all selected lines for transfer into the document.
Alternative option for canceling of lines selection is:
- to check the field "Sel." (selected) - such line will not be transferred into a document we are creating
- to click the "Deselect" from the mouse right click menu - this way you also deselect all the selected lines for transfer
- to enter the amount 0 in the "Quantity" field
- the line can also be deleted from the list for transfer with the use of combination of the buttons

| Sel. (selected) |
Selected for adding. By default all the selected lines are marked for transfer to the document.
Individual lines can also be unchecked (and this way excluded from the list for adding) by double-clicking this field. |
| Line |
The number of the line of the document from which the data is being transferred. |
| Item |
The ID of the item you are adding. |
| Name |
The name of the item you are adding. |
| Quantity |
The quantity of the item. Quantity can also be changed here, thus changing the received/issued quantity.
If you carry out the dispatch on the selected document through the dispatch list, you can at the outmost reduce the amount here (see Adding order through the picking list). |
| Document |
The internal number of the document you are adding. |
| Stock |
The current actual stock of the item in the warehouse selected in the header of the issue document. The current actual stock does NOT account for eventual dispatches from this panel (because they still do not increase/decrease the actual stock). This is why when multiple lines are offered for an item, the actual stock will remain the same. |
| UM |
The unit of measurement from the line of the document you are adding. |
| Del. deadl. |
(only with adding orders) The deliver by date from the order line. This data is only of an informative nature here. It is important if you carry out the dispatch through the picking list (see Adding orders through the picking list). |
