The taskbar in employee files contains following functions:

With a filter on taskbar you can differentiate employees by statuses. You can also select all employees. |
Delete Record
 |
With a click on this button, you can delete a record you are currently placed on. Before deleting the record, the program will ask for confirmation, whether you really want to delete the record. Next, the program will ask if you would like to delete information about the employee from the Subjects register.
The program will not allow you to delete an employee for whom you have already created a document in the employment record (for more information see Record cannot be deleted because records in the following tables are dependent on it!).
If you delete these documents, the program will allow you to delete the employee from the employee files.

Navigation Buttons

Using the navigation buttons, you can delete records, add records, and browse and search for documents (from the left to right are following buttons: First Record, Previous Record, Lookup, Next Record, Last Record). |
Lookup
 |
If an employee is already entered, you can look for him or her by clicking on the lookup field:

Through this option you can quickly move to the desired record. If you click the triple dot icon, the program will also open a special window for an easier search. You can search for an employee by different data.

New Record
 |
A click on this button will open a new record. The program will place the cursor in the Registration Number (Reg. No.) field of the document header. In the panel tree structure, the General | General panel will display. |
Templates
 |
This button opens the menu for template settings. |
Wizards
 |
This button opens the wizards menu. Some functions appear only under certain fulfilled criteria (in a certain panel, defined certain field, etc.).

- Fill in Hours into Summary fot the Period for All Employees

- Convert old occupation codes into new - SKP-08

- Transfer Employees between Companies

- The Add new position function is available only in the Employment Record panel, provided that the End Date field must be defined. This command will clear all data in the Previous Employment section below in the Employment Record panel form and will enable a new entry.

- The Copy account for VSPI function is available only in the VSPI panel. The function is used to enter/change/delete accounts for VSPI which are entered to an individual employee or group of employees.

- The Hours actual --> Hours transfer function is available only in the Tasks panel (Working Hours) and is used to transfer data from the Hours actual field to the Hours transfer field.

A click on this button will enable you to import and export data. |
Help
 |
This button gives you access to user Help of the program.
