Import Item bill of material specification from XLS
The option is in purpose to do massive import of Item specification (bill of material – BOM) from Excel to Pantheon.
Option 
allows you to download appropriate Excel structure where you can fill your item specification (bill of material) and import it from Excel to Pantheon.
To upload prepared Excel file select your file and click button Open.
Register Overview will mark all new items from Excel file that will be created in Pantheon.
Check your data prepared for import and select Import type. When ready click on button Transfer
First supply missing criteria in the Copy Spec window:
All data except for specification is copied from the existing item ID.
Here you can set the following criteria:
| Spec From |
Enter or select an item to copy specification. (by default: Whenever copying specification to work order, the item is set as default value.) |
| Spec To |
Enter or select ID of item to which you copy specification (by default: ID of the selected item). Use it to copy specification from one item to another. |
| Work Order |
Enter or select ID of work order to which you copy specification (by default: ID of the currently processed work order). The criteria can be set when copying specification from the Process WO window. |
| Copy Mode |
Select a mode for copying:
- Append at End - Adds data from specification of item entered in Spec From after lines entered in specification from Spec To field.
- Append Non-Existing Lines - Adds data from specification of item entered in Spec From field to lines of specification of item in Spec To.
- Overwrite - Overwrites lines of specification of item in Spec To field.
