U IZRADI - Saglasnosti
Panel Saglasnosti je namenjen vodenju evidencije o pristanku u skladu s GDPR. Tu se zabeležene sve saglasnosti o pojedincu koje su definisane u Administratorskoj konzoli l GDPR l Uređivanje.
Od zaposlenih pribavljamo samo one saglasnosti za koje nemamo pravnu osnovu za svrhu obrade, na primer ukoliko obrađujemo podatke o: članovima porodice u svrhu novogodišnjih poklona, privatni broj telefona ili adresi e-pošte zaposlenih...
To znači da je prvo potrebno proveriti koji podatke o ličnosti zaposlenih se obrađuju, za koje svrhe i po kojoj zakonskoj osnovi.
Ukoliko je moguće da zaposleni potpišu saglasnost za podatke o ličnosti koje držimo u skladu sa zakonskim osnovama, na primer za poreski broj, adresu... to bi značilo da zaposleni može otkazati saglasnost, što za posledicu ima da nije moguće dalje obrađivati podatke, a što je u suprotnosti sa obavezama poslodavca.
