To enter the step-by-step settings required for the operation of the Documentation, the Documentation Setup Wizard has been prepared, which can be found in the Admin Console-> Settings-> Documentation.

Clicking the Next button opens a step for importing classifications. Pre-prepared classifications can be imported by clicking on the Download code list button and import the desired classifications. Of course, post-import classifications can be supplemented or changed in the classification plan submenu. We can also create our own Classification Plan.

In the wizard, we simply import the classification plans from Web Service and we can see it in the Classifications preview. More detailed settings  (determination of metadata, responsible persons, storages, WorkFlow...) are set in the submenu Classification plan in Administration Console or in Settings->Documentation->Classification plan

Storage can be determined already upon import from Web Service for several classification or for the whole classification plan at once at import with add or add/update option.
