Administration
Opening the Administration panel in the ZEUS tree structure of Administration Panel you can then create and process OLAP cubes.
The panel where you can control ZEUS cubes can be divided into four areas:
- Command line containing the name of OLAP server, OLAP database and a Create ZEUS cubes button
- OLAP server tree structure, where you can observe and select individual objects (databases, cubes)
- Status window, where is displayed the log of perfromed tasks
- Operational panel

Select an OLAP database. You can change it at will although it is recommended that the original SQL database name is kept. Thus in case of a server hosting multiple databases (e.g. multiple companies), it will be possible to quickly distinguish among SQL and OLAP databases. |
| Create ZEUS cubes |
It creates a ZEUS database on the selected OLAP server with correspodnding cubes. |
 Process all cubes |
By checking this checkbox it processes all cubes across the OLAP database after clicking the Process cubes button. In opposite case only the database selected from the OLAP tree structure is processed. |
| Manual fill |
By selecting the option you set how the cube(s) are rpocessed:
Incremental update - it adds new data to cube, but it does not change existing data.
Refresh - it empties the cube and fills it with data, dimensions and measurements remain unchanged.
Full processing - it empties the cube, recreates dimensions and measurements and fills it with data.*

Processes cubes according to whether the Full processing option is selected or not. |
| Recreate cubes |
Recreates the cube which you selected in the OLAP server tree structure. |

* For sake of data reliability it is recommended that you use full processing.
