Create Documents for
Interest Calculation
Enter the following in the Create Documents
panel:
Reval. interest

You may select the ID of the asset, which
represents revaluation interest. Here you enter only the
accounting data because the value of this item
shall be calculated on-the-fly.

Real interest
| You may select the ID of the asset,
which represents real interest. Here you enter only the
accounting data because the value of this
item shall be calculated on-the-fly.

Reminder cost
| You may select the
ID of the asset,which represents the item for the reminder cost. In
the Calculation panel you enter also the (sale)
price, which represents the reminder cost.

Doc. type
| You select the Id of the document type, in which the interest
invoice is to be created (e.g. predefined
OB0 ).

Date
| You enter the date which shall be used as the
creation date for the interest invoice
|
One
Document - One Line
| This field should be selected if a new document item is to be
created for each document ID. In such a case the ID of the document to
which the interest calculation is related is displayed (in brackets) in
the item of the created interest invoice directly following the asset
name (service) for calculation of real and revaluation interest.

By clicking the print icon from the taskbar the interest are caluclated and
displayed in the selected report type.

By clicking this button the document for interest calculation is created. |
Important!
- If the field where you can enter the ID for reminder cost is left
empty, the reminder cost are not calculated
- If you enter ONLY the asset ID for revaluation interest or ONLY the asset ID
for real interest, then the total amount of th calculated interest appears just
in ONE item of the invoice. You can do this for example with interest on arrears
when you have in the table of interest rates the monthly vasic interest rate (BIR)
and the annual interest rate of the interest on arrears, yet you want to create
only one item in the interest invoice. Such a procedure may be used also if the
interest are calculated by the proportionate method:
- If you use the same asset ID as the ID of the invoicing of real and
revaluation interest, two items are created in the invoice.
The interest invoice is created by clicking the Create
button.
First you have to confirm the operation (see Do you
really want to create documents for interest calculation).
The program verifies if you entered all the necessary information for creation
of the invoice
(subject, document date, document type, ID of the asset for interest).
If you have not done this the error message appears requiring that the
information be entered (see Criteria (subject, date,
document type and asset) must be entered!).
When the document is successfully created you receive a message (see
Document successfully created).
By clicking the
button an automatically generate document for calculated interest is opened.
