Calendar

On calendar you have few popup menus - when you make right click on a mouse button on Calendar, Appointment or Time Bar.

Calendar popup menu

Calendar popup menu is enabling you to work with calendar and has next options:

• New Appointment -> Opens window for entering New Appointment
• Vet Appointment - 7 days -> shows whole week for Veterinarian that a right click was made
• Vet Appointment - 14 days  -> shows two weeks for Veterinarian that a right click was made
• Reset Appointments -> resets view back to a view when opening form of Reception

Task popup menu

Task popup menu is enabling you to work with tasks and has next options:

• Owner - > Opens widow for Owner/Animal Entry Register
• Print Procedure consent form -> Print out a consent form for procedure for Owner to sign.
• Appointment -> Opens window Appointment for editing Appointment 

  You can only edit appointments wits status Open or Canceled

• Duplicate appointment -> Duplicates appointment that you clicked on with status open -> this can be usefully when animal have to come back on check up.
• Cancel/Activate Appointment -> Changes status of appointment to Cancel, if you click on Canceled Appointment then it change it to open
• Treatment -> if treatment isn't opened for appointment then next information is shown:                                                                                                         if you click OK then a window for  creating treatment is opened

• Where you chose treatment document type and click Confirm and treatment document is created. But if Treatment document is created then click on this menu opens treatment document.
• Finish treatment -> It changes treatment status to first status that has setting Approved check in Document Type Settings
• We can also change the veterinarian, we choose one from dropdown list

Time Bar Popup

In a time bar popup you can choose time span shown in Time bar - Default is set on 15 minutes.

Appointment data

Shows detail data of Appointment that you have clicked on. It shows next data:

Owner:

• Subject -> owner ID
• Name  -> Owner's first and last name
• Address -> Owner's address
• Tel. 1 -> Owners 1st telephone number
• Tel. 2 -> Owners 2nd telephone number

Appointment:

• Note -> note from appointment

Animals:

• Animal ID -> Id of animal
• Name -> Animal name - it can be different on appointment then in register
• Sex -> Sex of The animal
• Type of Animal -> Animal Type
• Category -> Animal Category
• Breed -> Animal Breed

Click on button   we can print out Appointment.

Billing data

In billing data are shown all treatments that are finished and for which billing document wasn't created.For unbilled treatment next data is shown:

• Treatment Key -> Treatment document ID
• Owner -> Owner specified on treatment document
• Veterinarian -> Veterinarian specified on treatment document
• Amount Due -> billing value

With option  you can choose which type of document you want to create - Invoice or Delivery document. If you want to charge multiple treatments on one invoice than you have to create delivery document and when treatment is finished then you create Collective Invoice.

With click on button  a window for creating document is opened.

When you try to move appointment that it isn't in open status between Veterinarians or try to make any other change next Error is shown:

If you try to make for Canceled appointment treatment document, next error is shown:
