IRIS 3399 - Hours worked too high for: xxx hours!

You have calculated the employee more hours than prescribed by the hours worked for the certain month.

The error will appear if the total hours inserted in payroll preparation exceed the employee's monthly required hours specified in the custom fields.

Solution

1. In the payroll preparation of the employee edit the information on the hours worked.

2. In the register of earnings types select for the earnings type included in the hours worked the option Add to Hours Worked.

3. In the register of average salaries edit the number of hours worked for the calculated period.
