Sending encypted pay slips via e-mail
Instead of printing out the pay slips, they can be sent to employees by e-mail. It is possible also to e-mail encrypted pay slips to employees. This section describes the necessary settings to enable this functionality.

Case summary
To be able to e-mail encrypted pay slips, follow the steps below.

1. Administration Panel
Administrator Panel | ... | Internet confirmed switcher Encrypt Attachments. In we want that employees return us a receipt of receiving the pay slip, we need to check the box Return Receipt.
2. Employee Files
In the Header of employees file in the field E-mail we enter employees e-mail and the password, with which employee will be able to open his/her pay slip
3. Payroll Reports
In payroll preparation through button payroll report by pressing on the button 
by pressing on the button a new form opens up Send Pay Slips to Employees by E-Mail.
