Completed work – SE

The form Completed work makes it easy to report the work completed for the selected work order (WO) operation. You can also report the quantity of good pieces and any shrinkage produced. Previously completed work for this work operation can also be viewed.

The duration of work completed can be reported using the automatic time recording function (function Start-Stop), which simplifies work with the program, because the program automatically records the duration of work instead of keeping the time manually.

This chapter describes how to select a work operation on a WO, use the automatic time recording function, report quantities and check the work completed for an operation.

CASE SUMMARY The person responsible wants to start work on an operation. In PANTHEON Web Light, the person responsible opens the form Work orders and uses filters to search for WOs for which no quantities or work have been reported yet. The person responsible selects WO 23-6000-000003 and operation #15 O-Cutting. The person responsible records the manufacturing time using the function Start-Stop. When the job is finished, the person responsible reports the quantities produced and confirms the operation. This is done as follows: Opening the form SE Work orders Selecting the WO to be processed Selecting the desired operation Using the automatic time recording function Reporting the quantities produced Checking the work completed

1. Opening the form SE Work orders

In PANTHEON Web Light, the person responsible selects Manufacturing | SE Work orders from the main menu.

This opens the form Work orders form with all the WOs created in the period of one month.

Next, the person responsible selects the WO to be processed.

2. Selecting the WO to be processed

In the field WO status in the form header, the person responsible selects Open from the drop-down list.

Only WOs with the status Open are now displayed in the list, i.e. the WOs for which no quantities or work have been reported yet.

From the list of WOs, the person responsible clicks the WO card with the WO number WO 23-6000-000003 and item line LARA3_FLOOR.

This opens the form Operations, where the cards of the planned work operations are displayed.

Next, the person responsible selects the desired operation.

3. Selecting the desired operation

The person responsible clicks the work operation card Operation #15 O-Cutting.

This opens the form Completed work.

Then, the person responsible uses the automatic time recording function to track operation time.

4. Using the automatic time recording function

The person responsible uses automatic time recording (function Start-Stop) by simply clicking the button Start in the form header when the person responsible starts working.

The program starts to track the time automatically, which can be monitored on the timer.

The date and time of the start of the work is automatically populated in the field Operation started.

HINT If time recording is active, entering quantities on the form is disabled.

When the person responsible finishes the work operation, the person responsible stops time recording by clicking the button End.

The time reported for the operation is recorded in the field Time used.

Then, the person responsible can report the quantities produced.

5. Reporting the quantities produced

In the field Good pcs, the person responsible enters the number of good pieces produced, in this case: 4.

Next, the person responsible confirms the quantity of good pieces produced and the time reported.

This is done by enabling the toggle button Confirm receiving​ in the footer of the form and clicking the button Confirmation in the header of the form.

The program displays information that the record on the work completed has been successfully created. The window is closed by clicking the button OK.

The person responsible then checks the work completed.

6. Checking the work completed

In the section Work history, the person responsible can see the details of the work reported immediately after the record on the work completed has been successfully created.

The person responsible clicks the button X (Close) to return to the form Operations.

The graphically and numerically displayed data on the work operation card Operation #15 O-Cutting indicates the progress in the completion of this operation.
