Forms
The Forms module is designed for the preparation and submission of statutory forms and the transmission of company employee data. The data declarations for compulsory social insurance, i.e. pension and invalidity insurance, health insurance, parental care insurance and unemployment insurance, are submitted on the M-forms prescribed by the Regulation on the data declaration forms for pension and invalidity insurance, health insurance, parental care insurance and unemployment insurance.
The module also allows you to collect sick notes and send benefit claims via the SPOT portal (eVEM). You can find out more in the chapters:

Employee registration

The employee's registration for compulsory social security (form M1) must be submitted by the employer after the employment contract is concluded. In this section, we have provided instructions forcompleting the M1 form in PANTHEON up to the submission of the form to the Social Insurance Institution.
