Wizzard upon employee leaving
When an employee leaves the company, by clicking Wizzard in the Taskbar menu and selecting Wizzard upon employee leaving, the wizzard guides us through the necessary procedures when the employee leaves.

1. Employee leaving
When entering the end date of employment for an employee and after clicking on Confirm button of IRIS 1006334, Wizard for managing open tasks upon employee leaving opens.
| Employee leaving |
The name of the employee that is leaving the company. |
| Replacement |
The name of the person who is going to replace the leaving employee. |
2. Notice about Credits
By generating bank notice we can inform the bank about employee leaving.

Click on Report button generates a bank notice. |
3. Assigned Assets
All utilized assests of the employee are listed on this screen.
4. Change person on tasks
When there are still tasks assigned to an employee leaving, tasks need to be assigned to a substitute user. To assign tasks to a substitute user click on the button User Absence.

By clicking this button We open the User Absence panel where we can assign absent employee's tasks to a substitute user. |
5. Copy Authorizations
Copy Authorizations copies the permissions and membership of the employee leaving to a new user.
| New user |
Select a new user who will be assigned the authorizations of the employee leaving. By default replacement user is filled in. |
| User leaving |
The name of the user leaving. This field is prefilled with the name of the employee leaving. |
| Permissions |
Check if the permissions should be copied. |
| Membership |
Check if the membership should be copied. |

After selecting the above fields click this button for the autorizations to be copied. |
6. Finish
To finish and exit the Wizard for managing open tasks upon employee leaving click Finish button.

While using the wizard, you can use the Back and Next buttons to move through the screens.
