Maintenance Types

Maintenance Types form allows you to set up various maintenance types for easier monitoring of maintenance and servicing of various resources and tools.

The form can be accessed by double-clicking the Type field in the table of reported services of Maintenance form or double-clicking the Maintenance field in the Resource Maintenance form.

Below is a description of form's features.

1. Show records

In this section of the form, you can select which maintenenace types to display.

All

Displays all maintenance types.
Active Displays only active maintenance types.
Inactive Displays only inactive maintenance types.

2. Table of maintenance types

Type  Enter the ID of the maintenance type.
Name Enter the name of the maintenance type.
Active If the checkbox is selected, the maintenance type is set as actice.
