40C - Maintenance
The 40C - Maintenance report shows all the resources and detailed data about the maintenance of resources, according to the parameters from the Maintenance Report form.
You can open the report by selecting 40C - Maintenance from the Maintenance Report form, which can be opened by clicking the 
(Reports) button in the toolbox of the Resources register.
Below is a description of the report’s features.
This section contains information about the report.

Company
|
Displays the information about the company that the report is generated for.
|

User
|
Displays the user who generated the report.
|
|
Report Generated
|
Displays the time when the report was generated.
|

Displays the statuses of resources shown. |
|
Work
|
Displays if the work resources are shown.
|

Cumulative
|
Displays if the cumulative resources are shown.
|
|
External
|
Displays if the external resources are shown.
|
This section contains data about the resource.

Resource
|
Displays the ID and the name of the resource.
|
|
Maintenance Type
|
Displays the maintenance type, set on the resource in the Maintenance tab of the Resources register.
|
|
Servicing Interval
|
Displays the servicing interval, set on the resource in the Maintenance tab of the Resources register.

Warning at <
|
Displays the warning, set on the resource in the Maintenance tab of the Resources register.

This section contains detailed data about maintenance on the resource.

Type
|
Displays the type of service done on the resource.
|

Displays the start date of the maintenance |

Counter
|
Displays the quantity of pieces or working hours done on the resource at the time of service.

Maintainer
|
Displays the person responsible for the service.

Report No.
|
Displays the number of the document linked to the service.

Displays the end date of the maintenance
|
