The inventory list is a list of all documents that have been created during an inventory count. In the overview of the inventory list, different limiting criteria can be selected.

Overview of inventory documents To make it easier to search for a specific document, the inventory list can be limited by different criteria. This chapter shows how to search for a specific document of a created inventory count and how to create an inventory count report.
Checking inventory excess Inventory excess can be caused by an incorrect inventory count, issuing documents not being entered or receiving documents being entered twice. This chapter shows how to overview an inventory excess document and the corresponding report.
Checking inventory shortage Inventory shortage is a fairly reliable indicator that not all documents have been entered into the system or that some documents have been entered incorrectly. This chapter shows how to overview an inventory shortage document and the corresponding report.
