Inventory list
Inventory list in the Warehouse Inventory Granule show overview of all past inventory documents.
Below is a description of the form’s features:
Toolbar in Inventory list shows New inventory and New button. With both you start a New inventory count.

In the header, you can filter the Inventroy list using the following search fields:

Search

You can enter any search string you want to search the list of inventorys.

Document type
|
From the drop-down list, you can select invetory documetns.
|
| Date from |
Enter the start date of the inventory. |
| Date to |
Enter the end date of the inventory. |
It is a table with data about the educations, which can be interpreted in the below described fields:

 Preview
|
In preview, you can see the document in the PDF format.

Number
|
The consecutive number of the inventory document. Clicking on the number opens the document.

|
Warehouse
|
Warehouse in which the inventory was counted.
|
|
Inventory date
|
Date of inventory count execution.
|
|
Stock value
|
The total value of inventory stock. |
|
Inv. excess
|
Number of inventory excess document. Clicking on the number opens the document.
|
|
Inv. shortage
|
Number of inventory shortage document. Clicking on the number opens the document.
|
|
Document type
|
Document type name.
|
|
Status
|
Current document status (confirmed/unconfirmed).
