Stock
Checking the stock of an item at all warehouses is easy to do with the Items
register.
Here, you can also enter the following information:
- the desired minimum and/or optimal and/or maximum stock of the item
- The minimum quantity and/or shipping quantity and other information for
automatically creating orders from the Orders
or Manufacturing module.
Stock
These criteria are used for minimum stock
overviews for a warehouse!
If the value of the minimum, optimal, or maximum stock is 0, the field
is considered blank!

Min. Stock
| If you've entered the required settings in
the Document Types settings, the program
will warn you if the stock falls below the minimum when you are creating
a document: Stock is below minimum!

Opt. Stock
| The optimal stock of
the item. By entering information in this field, you can create
overviews of items whose stock has deviated from the optimal quantity. |
Max. Stock | The maximum stock of the
item. This is the quantity of stock that should not be exceeded.

Refresh Stock |
This button will refresh the stock of the item at all
warehouses (See Refresh Stock, Refresh Stock
option). |
PURCHASE ORDERS
If the minimum quantity and minimum shipping quantity are 0, these
fields are considered blank!

Minimum Order Quantity |
The minimum quantity (in the primary unit of measurement) that the supplier
of this item will dispatch. This information is used for
automatically creating purchase orders. |
Packaging for Order | The quantity (in the primary unit of
measurement) needed to fill a shipping unit used by the supplier. This
information is used for automatically creating
purchase orders. |
Document Type for Purchase Orders
| The
document type for purchase orders created from the
plan in the Manufacturing module. Enter
the default document type for the purchase orders.

Deliver Within
| The default number of days for the delivery of goods provided
by the supplier. This information is used:

Merge Purchase Orders Within
| The number of days within which orders
placed will be merged into a single order. This is used only when creating
purchase orders from the plan with the Manufacturing module.

INFORMATION ABOUT ACTUAL STOCK
|
Warehouse
| The warehouse of the stock. |
Stock
| The number of pieces in stock
(the actual stock at the specified warehouse). |
Value
| The value of the stock at the specified warehouse. |
Allocated
| The quantity of hard
allocations for this item at the specified warehouse (see the chapter
Hard Allocations). |
Remaining Stock |
The quantity of stock at this warehouse that is
available to dispatch/sell/allocate once you've taken all hard allocations
into account (actual stock - allocated quantity). |
Click this button to print a warehouse card of this
item at the currently selected warehouse.

stock at the warehouse does not match, see the chapter
Refresh Stock! |

You can prevent a user from viewing information about the
value and last average price of an item by using None
authorization for costing.
