Work Processes
This register is for tracking work processes and their measurements.
In the header of the Work Processes register you can define following fields:

In this field you can name or describe the work processes of which measurements you will track. |
Department
|
In this field you can select from the lookup list the
department on which work processes are carried out. |
Position
|
In this field you can select the
position on which work processes are carried
out. |
In the table you can enter all measurements carried out in connection with work processes, like:
Measured on
|
In this field you can select from the calendar the date of the performed measurement. |
Measurement
|
In this field you can select the name of the performed measurement. |
Institution
|
Once, you have selected the measurement, the program will in this filed enter the institution which will perform the measurement (from the Subjects register). |
Report No.
|
In this field you can enter the report number of the performed measurement. |
Compliant
|
Select the option if the work process complies with regulations. |
Fix until
|
Select the date up to which you have to get rid of faults. |
Interv.
|
If the interval is set in measurements, the program will fill-in this field automatically. If required, you can change it. |
| Next measurement |
The program will enter this field automatically according to the defined interval. |

Additional field for entering notes to each measurement. |
