Revaluation Interest |
Set the item code, which will represent revaluation interest in invoice.

- if we specify only the article code for real interest or only one article code for revaluation interest, the total calculated interest amount will be shown as one position of interest invoice, even calculation was done for both. That case could be calculation of late payment interest, when interest rate table has monthly revaluation interest and interest for late payment and we want to show calculated amount in only one row on invoice.
- if we use same code for real interest and revaluation interest, invoice will shows that in two lines with same item code.

Revaluation Interest Account |

Reminder Fee |
Set the item code, which will represent reminder fee in invoice. We also need to define amount (price) for reminder fee. We will do that in panel Costing / Pricing in item register.

Look Up Accounted Interest when Creating Issued Invoices |
With this option on, we can connect calculated and confirmed interest to issued invoices on a periodic invoicing. Having switched the setting, to the periodic invoicing appears in the tab create the option for the connection of interest (Add Accounted Interest).

Pantheon will connect positions for interest and reminder fee to the usual positions on invoices from recurring invoicing. Receivable accounts can be set only for this items. It will not be posted on same account as regular sales invoice.

Enable Linking Interest with Invoices |
Activated option allows us to connect and link calculated and confirmed interest to issued invoices. That's how can customer get also interest for late payment on monthly invoice beside regular items.
It is possible to link calculated interest with issued invoice on panel interest to customers.

En dokument ena pozicija |
polje obkljukamo, če naj se za vsako številko dokumenta kreira nova pozicija dokumenta. V takem primeru se v poziciji izdelane fakture za obresti neposredno za nazivom identa (storitve) za obračun realnih in revalorizacijskih obresti v oklepaju izpiše še številka dokumenta, na katerega se obračun obresti navezuje.

Izberemo obrestno mero po kateri bomo zaračunavali obresti. Vrsto obrestne mere imamo določeno v šifrantu Nastavitev obrestnih mer.

Vnesemo število, v kolikšnem času nam morajo poravnati znesek obresti, ki smo jih zaračunali. |
Minimalni znesek obresti/dokument |
privzeta vrednost je -1 (brez omejitve). V kolikor želimo, omejit minimalni znesek obresti na dokument pri obračunu vpišemo znesek omejitve

Minimalni št. dni prekoračitve |
privzeta vrednost je -1 (za posamezni dokument se ne upošteva). V kolikor smo z kupcem dogovorjeni za prekoračitev plačila na primer 5 dni, potem lahko to omejitev upoštevamo tudi pri obračunu obresti. To pomeni, da izračuna zamudne obresti še le od petega dne dalje po valuti plačila

po prevzeti vrednosti je -1,00 v kolikor želimo izračunati obresti tudi po nominalni vrednosti, vpišemo
nominalno vrednost, ki jo jih imamo vneseno v šifrantu nastavitev obrestnih mer

Tip izračuna obresti |
Ločimo dva tipa izračuna obresti
- D-dokument: se pravi, da izračunamo obresti za vse dokumente ne glede nato, ali so bili plačani ali ne. Za podroben opis s tem povezanih kriterijev in način obračuna glej Obračun-dokumenti
- P-plačilo: izračunamo obresti za dokumente, ki so že bili plačani. Za podroben opis s tem povezanih kriterijev in način obračuna glej Obračun-plačila

Status dokumenta |
Izračun omejimo lahko tudi na status dokumenta. To pomeni, če bomo na vrsti dokumenta določili nek status se nam bo v obračunu obresti pokazal kot privzeta vrednost. Izbiramo lahko med:
- Odprti - program bo zajel vse odprte dokumente
- Zaprti - program bo zajel vse zaprte dokumente
- Vsi - program bo zajel vse dokumente

Obresti obračunaj samo do višine glavnice |
program obračuna obresti za dokumente vedno do višine glavnice. Tak dokument je v zavihku obračun obarvan modro. |
Nedelovne kategorije |
iz spustnega seznama izbelemo dela proste dneve. Program bo pri izračunu obresti izpustil proste dneve in bo obresti začel izračunavati na prvi delovni dan po zapadlosti fakture. V koledarju podjetja moramo še določiti nedelovne kategorije. To pa storimo v meniju Koledarji
