Subjects
In the menu Master data – Subjects you can edit and enter business partner information. A business partner can be either a supplier and/or a customer.
You can search for business subjects by company name or tax number.
Pantheon RA is connected to your country's business register (check if available for your country). If you want to enter a business partner through this option, all information about the selected business are added automatically. You can search for subjects by company name or tax number.

Enter the short or long name of the company you want to enter into the register. If you press the search button, the program will display the search results. Select the desired search result. |

If you want to search for the subject by tax number enter the tax number and search. |
Manual Entry of a New Subject
You can enter a new subject manually by pressing this button:

Off/On – If the subject is inactive, you can turn it off. A subject that has been turned off is highlighted in red. |
| ID |
IDs are generated Automatically. The ID includes the first letter of the partner and 5 numbers that are added automatically when you set the first letter of the ID (e.g. S00001). |

Enter the partner's tax number. |
| First name |
Enter the first name of a contact person (optional). |
| Last name |
Enter the last name of the contact person (optional). |
| Street |
Enter the street name. |
| House no. |
Enter the street number of the business partner. |
| City and postal code |
Enter the city and postal code of the business partner's head office. |
| VAT registered |
Check, if your partner is VAT registered. |
| Discount % |
If you've agreed on a discount for the customer, enter that here. |
| E-mail |
Enter the partner's e-mail. |

ID – IDs are generated Automatically. The subject's ID is mandatory information and contains the first letter of the partner and 5 numbers generated automatically by the program after you've selected the first letter of the ID. This is a way of creating an internal classification of customers.
