Import of Foreign Exchange Rates

1. Селектирање на регистер 

Прво отворете го Субјекти регистарот од менито.

Исто така можете да го отворите регистарот користејќи го копчето за фунцкијата  , или со кликање на кратката наредба, икона, која е поставена во лентата со задачи.

First open the code of banks whose exchange rates to transfer. Open banks in the Subjects register. Here they have the following names:

Отворете ги оние субјектии чииј курс на валута сакате да го конвертирате.

Ако курсната листа на одредени субјекти е веќе однапред внесена во базата на податоци, но субјектот бил отворен под друго име, можете само преименувате (отворите го постоечкиот субјект и сменете го неговото име).

2. Воведување на конверзација 

Морате да наместите која курсна листа сакате да ја конверитрате користејќи го серверот ј девизен курс сакате да го претворите You have to set up which exchange rate lists you want to transfer using the web server http://usersite.datalab.si/.

Although you can transfer all exchange rates and all exchange rate lists, this is not advised since the latter shall be stored in the database that can thus grow out of all proportion.

Before starting to set up the exchange rate and exchange rate lists, you have to be signed in first.

If you have forgotten the registration code, you can view it in the Program | Administration Panel | Upgrade/About | About.

Check the exchange rate lists that you want to receive. You shall receive exchange rates for checked currencies of all exchange rate lists that you have chosen when setting up exchange rate lists.

Click the (Update) button to save information or the (Clear)button in order to reset the fields and start anew.

Parameters for exchange rate lists have been set up.

You can change them whenever you want on this website in the same way you have set them up before.

2. Import

Having created registers and selected the parameters used in transfer you can receive exchange rate lists using the Datalab PANTHEON.

1. step - Internet Connection

Exchange rate list can be transferred via the Internet. If you are connected to the Internet using a modem, it is best that you launch the web browser and navigate to the www.datalab.si website. If you are connected to the Internet via the local network or leased line (offering constant access), you need not establish the connection because it is always active.

2. step - Launch Transfer of Exchange Rates

The procedure for transfer of exchange rates can be found by clicking the import/export of Subjects register button, in which way you can find the entered exchange rate lists in the Bank register (see Subject register taskbar).

By clicking the button for import/export of data in the taskbar of the Subjects register you can select the command.

3. step - Setting up Date of Exchange Rate List

Enter date from when you want to import exchange rates. Click the button.

4. step - Missing Banks' List

The program displays the banks which have not been entered to the Subjects register. It is recommended that the banks are opened in the Subjects register or make modifications to the settings of exchange rate list transfer. If there does not appear any exchange rate list, the settings are correct.

Add the missing bank displayed in this overview to the database by clicking the button.

5. step - Review of Transferred Exchange Rates

The program displays all exchange rates and exchange rate lists that shall be recorded to the database. You can check in the window if the data is correct. By clicking the button you can transfer them to the database.

Clicking the button displays and enables printing of exchange rates to be transferred to the database.
