To change the absence type, continue as following. Open the Absence Overview form and select from the lookup list the employee to whom you would like to change the absence type. Next, you can select dates on the calendar, use a right-click function and select the Edit Type option. You can also run the function from the Wizards menu of the Absence Type form or with a click on the Edit Absence button in the Absence Overview panel of the Employee Files.

Once, you have run the function, the program will open the Edit Absence form:

and the program will enter the changes in the calendar.

In order to get correct absence types, you must create the register of earnings types and define correct absence types!
