With the filter you can set additional criteria to sort data. Some filter criteria are linked to certain reports and are available only ther:

Filter criteria for the equipment:

EmployeeYou can choose from the lookup list an employee, for whom you want to report data.
DepartmentFrom the lookup list choose the department, for which you want to report. If you do not set the criteria the program will report data for all departments.
Education Reports can also be limited according to the employee's education. The program will report only employees with the education you have chosen.
Occupation Reports can be limited by the employees occupation as well. Choose the occupation from the lookup list.
Position Report can be limited by the position, for which you want to report data.
Status Report can also be limited by the status, you can choose from the lookup list.
Employment From/ToDatum začetni in zaključni zaposlitve do.
(Inspections/Measurements)Performed from/To Choose from the calendar the period for which you want the report of performed inspections/measurements. If you do not defined this criteria the program will report all performed inspections/measurements.
Criteria you will set for the wanted period will display on the report!
(Inspections/Measurements) Planned from/ToChoose from the calendar the period for which you want the report of planned inspections/measurements. If you do not defined this criteria the program will report all planned inspections/measurements.

The filter to report by the equpiment:
Equip. No. If you enter the equipment number the program will report only checks for the euipment with that number.
Location From the lookup list choose the location, for which you want to report.
FA type Report can also be filtered by the fixed asset type.

After you have set all criteria click the 000100.gif (Report) button and the program will open a report window.

000001.gif No data can be edited in the report window. The main purpose of the report window is to view and decide whether it needs to be printed or an on-screen report is enough.
