There are two ways to transfer serial numbers:

• automatically
• manually

1. Autoassign Serial Numbers

The automatic transfer of serial numbers can be set in an individual type of transfer document - this means the program will automatically assign serial numbers to the items.

When you click the Serial No. button, the automatically selected serial numbers will be displayed in the document lines. Of course, these can be manually edited/changed.

2. Manually Assigning Serial Numbers

When manually entering serial numbers, a window for selecting serial numbers will appear once you've entered a quantity in the line of a transfer document. You can choose from serial numbers available for this warehouse.

Double click to choose a serial number (in the left side of the window).

When you do this, information in the following fields will be updated:

• Required Quantity (the quantity entered in the line of the document)
• Quantity (items that already have a serial number)
• Difference (number of items that still need serial numbers)

Once you've selected the required number of serial numbers, the program will display a message:
