ID and value of the cost can be entered in two ways:

  • enter them manually in every line individually on basis of data from SAD
  • enter the overall value of the cost and distribute it by lines with the help of the function Copy costs, with the click on the Copy Costs button

 		ID of the cost from the register of costs and annexes
Value
value of cost for currently selected line. The values are rounded-up to 1 SIT!

It is not reasonable nor allowed to enter the value for ID of the costs and annexes of type "0 - Attachment/reference". Trying to enter the value for such type of annex returns an error (see For this type of expense (0) the transfer of value is not allowed!). 

The report value of the expense is limited to 2.147.000.000.

Description
description of the cost and the annex. It is being used for the ID of costs and annexes of type "0 - Attachment/reference" (for example, the number of the invoice of supplier for code F10)

TAXES - chapter 47

Some taxes are calculated automatically by the program, some are entered manually.
1) The program Automatically searches for

  • VAT (base, rate and value) according to the tax tariff of the item - type of tax 91
  • customs duty (base, rate and value) according o the customs duty with the customs tariff - type of tax 10
  • excise duty (base, rate and value) according to the rate or value of the excise duty with the customs duty - type of the tax is entered in the customs tariffs register
    This data is calculated and entered, when you click the button  Create Taxes . If you change the data (for example customs rate, excise duty) in the SAD lines, you have to use this function again, so the data can be calculated again. Before the calculation, the program demands for the confirmation (see Do you really wish to create the duties).

2) You can add data (ID and value) of eventual other duties manually.  A typical example of the duty that is added manually is tax by weight (type of duty 80). Automatically creating of duties of such manually added duties DOES NOT CHANGE additional duties.

 basis for the calculation of the duty. For type of calculation of the customs base and the tax base see SAD lines.
Rate
rate of the duty (customs duty, tax, excise duty). The values are always rounded up to 1 SIT!
