Add to Lines adds document to the line. The function is used, when you wish to create SAD lines manually. This is useful in cases, when you do not have a complete register of items(custom tariffs, custom rates, tax rates have not been entered).
In such case enter the line manually, then add documents or lines of documents of receiving which have undergone a customs procedure with it to the currently selected line.
Click on this button opens a panel for selecting of documents for linking with SAD.

A predisposition for use of this function is, that the SAD line already exists. In opposite case the program returns an error (see Set the line first!).

Create Linescreates an adequate number of SAD lines on basis of data from the documents or document lines, which you have marked for linking with SAD. Use the function, when you wish for the program to create the SAD lines automatically. You will only receive useful data, if you have adequate customs tariffs entered in the items register.  If an adequate origin of goods is entered in the line of receiving and all eventual preferential custom tariffs have been entered in the in the custom tariffs register, the SAD gets ready for calculation of duties. Such created lines can also be edited manually, you may also delete certain lines or link of document to line. Criteria for creating of new line is: custom tariff, origin of goods and the customs rate linked to it and the VAT rate.  
With the click on this button, the panel for selecting of documents for linking with SAD opens.
Calculate in Currency calculates the value of lines in foreign currency, and statistical value and basis for VAT, according to the known data. If the VAT lines are created manually, the value in the currency is not updated simultaneously. If you wish to check the value of line in the currency before creating the duties, use this function, although the use of it is not mandatory. The value in currency can otherwise also be calculated with a function of creating of duties.
000001.gif Procedure of automatic and manual creating of nomination of SAD can be optionally inter-combined, because it can be used on already created SAD. This way the lines can be created automatically and then add an additional document to its line - while this can be done manually with the help of automatic creation of lines.

An individual line (line of SAD or a document linked with the line) can be deleted with combination of keys  005059.gif005054.gif!
