Daily Plan

 

Short description of the modul in the program (eg. Goods. Orders, Manufacturing...).

 

The module consists of the following functional units (Use this for User Guide):

Settings for Daily Plan The Daily Plan form allows you to plan shifts, add operations to resources, add employees to operations, review reported and still open work, edit operations, and copy unfinished work to other daily plans.
Create new daily plan In the Daily plan form, the person responsible in charge of planning can create a daily plan for workers after production shifts.
Adding operation and workers to daily plan Operations and workers can be added to the Daily Plan by using the Work Orders/Employees form. Both can be added simply by using the Drag and Drop method.
Editing daily plan tasks The Daily Plan Task form allows you to create and edit a task, as well as review task data on the Calendar tab of the Daily Plan form.
Search for WO and operations

The Work Orders/Employees form allows you to select and add work orders (WO) and employees to the Daily Plan form.

The Operations form allows you to review and select operations of a selected work order (WO) from the Work Orders/Employees form of a Daily Plan.
Search for employees The Employees form allows you to review and select employees, and add them to the Daily Plan.
Copy daily plan The Copy Daily Plan form allows you to copy an existing Daily Plan and create a new plan. With this function, the preparation of the daily plan can be made easier, replacing the function of the daily plan template.
Closure of the daily plan The Daily Plan Closure form allows you to edit data from the Closure tab of the Daily Plan form. It also allows you to transfer unfinished tasks to another daily plan.
Creating daily plan report The Daily Plan Report form allows you to generate different reports from the Daily Plan form, according to the parameters chosen on the form.
