E-mail

In the E-mail section, you can define general email settings.
The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Program | Administration Panel by clicking the panel Settings | Internet.

HINT
The labels in brackets next to the settings fields indicate the level on which setting applies:
- (c) – Company-level setting.
- (u) – User-level setting.
- (m) – Workstation-level setting.

E-mail sender (u)
|
Enter the sender's email address to be used when sending emails from PANTHEON.
|
E-mail subject (u)
|
Enter the default subject for the email.
|
Type of servers used (u)
|
Select the type of email server: POP3+SMTP or IMAP/(IMAP+SMTP) server.
The outgoing server is always SMTP.

OAuth2 authorisation
|
Check this checkbox if you want to enable login via Azure Active Directory. The components used support OAuth2, however, in addition to the components, it is also necessary that the application "registers" with the AD user (and obtains its client key).

Sender name (u)
|
Enter the sender's first and last name.
|
Charset (u)
|
Select the character set for the server.
|
Archive type
|
You can save the document in the 7Z, ZIP and PDF file format when sending it via email, with the Encrypt attachments (u) checkbox checked.

Return receipt (u)
|
Check this checkbox if you want to receive a return message to an email sent from PANTHEON.

Encrypt attachments (u)
|
Check this checkbox if you want enable security encryption of email attachments. For example, if the checbox is enabled when sending documents from the Personnel module, such as pay slips, via the form Send pay slips to employees by e-mail or exporting them to a folder using the Export to Folder option, such documents will be encrypted using the password that has been assigned to the employee in the Password field in the header of the employee's Employee Files. This means that the employee will only be able to open the pay slip using the password assigned to the employee in the Employee Files.
