New vaccination

The use of functionality assigns us a preset type of vaccination that we have set in Vaccination types register.

In this chapter, we will present an example of adding a new vaccination to the treatment document through the use of the button  (New vaccination). The functionality is located in treatment documents, which can be found in the menu Veterinary | Treatment, tab Vaccination.​

CASE DESCRIPTION The responsible person in the veterinary clinic wants to create a vaccination treatment document. The pet owner Lili Siam brought her cat Simaba to the clinic, which veterinarian Valerija will vaccinate against rabies with the RABISIN vaccine. The treatment document is created by following these steps: Creating the treatment document Using the New vaccination button

1. Creating the treatment document

The responsible person creates the treatment document, where they will enter the vaccination data for the cat.

In the menu Veterinary | Treatment selects the document type option, in our case the document type: CLI3 - Clinic. 

​Creates a new treatment document, which has fields cleared for new data entries. In our case, the document number created is: 23-CLI3-000012.

Enters the owner's data: Lili Siam and adds the animal by clicking the button Add animal.

The data of the selected animal is recorded in the treatment document.

2. Using the button New vaccination

The responsible person navigates to the tab Vaccination.

In Vaccination types register there is a preset Vaccination type. In the vaccination entry in the register, there is a marked switch in the column Def. indicating that this type of vaccination is preset. 

 The responsible person clicks the button New vaccinationfor the purpose.

The functionality automatically assigns the vaccination type data: CAT VACCINATION - RABISIN.

tip If you have not preset the Vaccination type, clicking the button New vaccination opens a new line where you select the vaccination type from the dropdown list as shown in the use case Entering vaccination.
