Click Report in Work Documentation Reports window in order to display work slips for the selected work order group. For each work order and operation the report is displayed on a separate sheet.

Work slip is used to manually keep records of work completed in operation. Document header displays data on work order and items in production. Below you can observe detailed operation-related data. In the bottom you can see a table where you can write down data on work completed in operation. Besides regular production you can also record any hold-ups or interruptions.

Update work completed in the form.

Besides everything mentioned you can see machine-related data on work slip which are used in specific operation as well as regulations entered in lines of operation.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Show Tools for Operations
Add Table for Issues to Requisition
 
Displays regulation for operation.

 

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document TypeID and name of document type appears in header.
Report Name Displays report name Work Slips as set in Document Types settings.
Report generatedDisplays date on which report was created.
WO Date Displays date on which work order was created.
Work OrderDisplays an ID of work order.
Order
Displays ID and line of linked sales order.
Product
Displays ID, name and unit of measurement (U/M) of item in production.
Resource
Displays an ID of resource where an operation is executed.
RegulationDisplays an ID of regulation set for resource. Report depend on whether you checked Show Regulation for Resources checkbox that can be found in the Administration Panel.
Group
Displays an ID and name of resource parent to the one where an operation is executed.
Operation
Displays ID and name of operation.
Line
Displays an alternate line and line number of operation.
RegulationDisplays an ID of regulation set for operation. Report depends on whether you checked Show Regulation for Operation checkbox that can be found in the Administration Panel. First regulation entered in line of operation is displayed.
Tsu
Displays set-up time required for series production.
Tpr
Displays production time required per unit.
Total time in production expressed.
Cycle time required for production of quantity per time unit.

Fields in Work Completed Table

Employee
Displays registration number of employee who carried out work.
Date
Displays date on which work was completed.
Start
Displays when the work started.
End
Displays when the work ended.
Good
Displays quantity of flawless products.
Bad
Displays quantity of faulty products.
Hold-Up
Displays data related to hold-up.
Signature / Note
Here the contractor can sign himself/herself or give any notes.

Specified Tools

Report on specified tools depends whether you checked Show Tools for Operations checkbox that can be found in the Administration Panel.

 

Tool
Displays ID of small tool specified for this operation.
Name
Displays name of the small tool specified.
U/M Displays the default unit of measurement (U/M) as set in the Items register (small tools are entered in the Items register).

 

Quantity
Displays quantity of the small tool specified.

 

Specified Small Tools

Report on specified small tools depends whether you checked Show Small Tools for Operations checkbox that can be found in the Administration Panel.

 

Small Tool
Displays ID of small tool specified for this operation.
Name
Displays name of the tool specified.
Quantity
Displays quantity of the tool specified.

 

 

Regulations

Report depends on whether you checked Show Regulation for Resources checkbox that can be found in the Administration Panel.

Regulation
 Displays ID of regulation for operation.
Name
Displays name of regulation.
