Click Report in Work Documentation Reports window in order to display compound documents for the selected work order group. For each work order requisitions are displayed on a separate sheet.

Here are specified all basic work order-related data for both lines of material and lines of operation. In it you can find technological data on production or additional information on work order.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document TypeID and name of document type appears in header.
Report Name Displays report name Compound Document as set in Document Types settings.
Report generatedDisplays date on which report was created.
WO Date Displays date on which work order was created.
Plan
Displays number of plan based on which the work order was created.
Work Order Displays an ID of work order.
Order
Displays ID and line of linked sales order.
Product
Displays ID, name and unit of measurement (U/M) of item in production.
(quantity)
Displays planned quantity for production expressed in unit of measurement (U/M).

Displays line number of operation.
Operation
Displays an operation ID.
Description
Displays a description given for operation.
Time Required
Displays production time that was required for carrying out the operation, plus the U/M.
Resource
Displays an ID and name of resource where an operation is executed.
Tool
Displays an ID of tool, small tool together with the description of its status and the number of specified tools sued in operation.
Small Tool Displays ID, name, U/M and quantity of small tools used in the operation.

 

Regulation
Displays an ID and name of regulation which is entered in line of operation(s).

Lines of Issue to Work Order

Alt.
Displays alternate line.
Line
Displays a line number.
Material
Displays item ID for issue to work order.
Description
Displays a short text giving description of item (naming it).
(Quantity Required)
Displays quantity in line of issue to work order that can be found in manufacturing specification.
U/M
Displays a unit of measurement used.
