Specify in the Chart of Accounts or in the Settings panel that can be found in the Corporate Tax module, which accounts should be included in the report. This same accounts are then entered in corresponding lines of the Register panel. If not all accounts were entered in the Register panel, the remaining transactions are unsorted on accounts you have not entered. This posts are displayed in the All Unsorted Posts panel.

 

With this you prevent the transactions on any of the accounts that are otherwise marked as being of the Corporate Tax type from not being incldued in the report.

By checking the checkboxes in the Hide section you can choose to display unsorted, completely sorted or partially unsorted posts:

37248.gifPartially SortedIf checked you hide posts that were transferred to the report only partially.

 

You can transfer lines to the report directly from the All Unsorted Posts panel:

 

SelectedBy checking this field you specify posts that you want to transfer to the report.
Account Here is the account to which you posted.
  
Date The date of period to which the post belongs.
Document, Debit, Credit, Subject... Data that can be found in journal entry lines in which the post is recorded.
Transfer The value you want to transfer to the report.
Value (sorted)The amount of the post that was transferred to the reportV (complete post or only part of it)
Sorted/Transferrd Percentage The percentage of the vaue that was transferred to the report.
Posting SideHere is displayed the side to which you performed posting (according to the settings from the Register panel)
