All posts meeting the selected criteria in the Register panel, can be observed in the Sorted Posts panel. Only those posts from the Register panel, belonging to the line in which you currently are, get displayed.

 

Hide:

 

37243.gifNot SelectedIf checked you hide those posts that were not transferred to the report.
37244.gifCompletely Sorted If checked you hide those posts that were transferred to the reprot completely.
37245.gifPartially SortedIf checked you hide those posts that were transferred to the report in partial amount.

SelectedBy checking this field you specify which posts do you want to transfer to the report.
Account Here is the account to which the line was posted.
IDThe ID from the Register panel where the posts belong. It specifies the location to which the selected posted amount will be entered after clicking the Sort Selected button.
Date The date of the period in which the post belongs.
Document, Debit, Credit, Subject... Data from the journal entry line where the post is recorded.
Prenos The value you want to transfer to the report.
Value (sorted)The posted amount that was transferred to the report (complete or partial post)
Sorted/Transferred Percentage The percentage of the value which was transferred to the report.
Posting SideHere is dispalyed the side to which it was posted (according to the setting from the Register panel)
