Create document from sales order
Clicking on the Wizards button gives you a quick and easy way to create an issue document directly from an sales order document.
If you click on Create document, the following window pops up.

You can find the following fields on the form:

Doccument type
|
From the drop-down menu, select the document type on which you want to create the document.

Date
|
The date of the packing slip that will appear in document header. By default, the current date is applied.

Invoice date
|
The date of the invoice that will appear in document header. By default, the current date is applied.
|
|
VAT date
|
Enter the date of the VAT that will appear in document header. By default, the current date is applied.

| Fill in subject |
When checked, the system automatically fills in the subject details from the sales order into the document fields. |
| Confirm transferred documents |
When checked, the system will automatically confirm any sales orders that are transferred to the current document. |
| Fill in revenue/expense accounts from the subjects register |
When enabled, the system automatically fills in revenue and expense account information based on the data defined in the Subjects register. |

Create document
|
An invoice or a packing slip will be created, depending on the choice in the Doc type field. The order will be transferred in 1:1 ratio.

| Transfer statistics |
Shows data about the transferred items. |

IMPORTANT
- When you close the window, a new window opens with the number of the created document, which you can open by clicking on the Open button.
- When a new document is created from an order, the connected document (issued invoice) will appear in the Links tab.
