Here you can display planned inflows and outflows by various periods. The advantage of such a report is that you can define a period to sort inflows and outflows.

 

Example:

 

To view planned inflows and outflows to accounts of the groups 22 and 12 for documents issued in the current year and find out how many will become overdue:

- in the next three days following the date of report

- in 3 - 9 days

- in 10 - 19 days

- in 20 - 29 days

- in 30 -5 9 days

- after 60 days

 

Enter criteria in the Overdue Thresholds box and select Non-due in the Status box to list documents that are not due. To include overpayments in report, check Include Overpayments:

1. Status: Non-due

Click 022842.jpg. Choose between summary and detailed type of report. Overdue outstanding items appear in the first item and those that are not overdue are distributed as defined.

2. Status: Overdue

Selecting the Overdue option includes outstanding items that are not due in the first column (still outstanding). The ones overdue are distributed as defined:
