Fixed -assets - Documentation

If fixed asset is also Subtype = Equipment or Company Vehicle or Trailer (see Main window), you can also link documentation to that asset:

 

Authorized workshop You can select an authorized workshop for fixed asset from the subject register (the data is displayed in the equipment record card. You can also select it for other HSW reports)
Doc. Date You enter document's  date of issue.
Document No. You enter the number of the document
Valid Until You may enter the date till when the document is valid.
Description Description or name of the document for which you entered data. You may enter in the field by double-clicking the field and thus opening the window for entering.
Link Root to the file.

 

Use right mouse click on Link column of Documentation panel to get additional options as shown bellow:

 

Open Opens document.
Change Change path to documentation.
Clear Delete path to documentation.
