Fixed Assets
The Fixed Assets register form enables you to monitor the acquisition, use and disposal of individual things and rights from the fixed assets. Depreciation is calculated on the first day of the month following the month, in which the fixed asset has been prepared for use. Depreciation is no longer calculated when the amount depreciated is entirely replaced to the debit of cost or when the fixed asset is no longer used.
The form can be accessed from the menu Financials | Fixed Assets.
Depreciation is calculated using the method of straight-line depreciation.
The form for entering fixed assets can be divided into the following sections:

1. Toolbar: The toolbar is found on each PANTHEON form at the top of the program window.
- The features specific to the Fixed Assets form can be accessed by clicking the
(Wizards) button and are described in the chapter Wizards.
- All the fixed assets from the register can be displayed in the form of a report by clicking the Print button.
- Also fixed assets can be imported from and exported to Excel by clicking the
(Import/Export data) button and are described in the chapter Import/Export data.
2. Header: In the header of the Fixed Assets form, you can enter basic information about the asset.
3. Tabs: The bottom part of the form shows tabs with more detailed information on the selected fixed asset:

HINT
You can assign authorizations to individual users for each of the tabs as well as for entering accounts/conditions. This also applies to the Small tools register.
