Storage

Storage is easiest to imagine as a pantry or home garage with multiple closets, where different documents are stored. For storage, companies used to use warehouses or special archive rooms. In those rooms, there were many closets, packed with mountains of binders with company documents, arranged and put into folders.
In PANTHEON, a service for electronic document storage is available. This service is called eDocumentation.

After activating eDocumentation, determine the Storage settings. Through the Web Service, download suitable pre-prepared Storages or create a Local storage and, for the storages that you use, determine the corresponding settings.
Download Storage registers

According to the selected eDocumentation service (eDocumentation, Certified eDocumentation, Local eDocumentation), select the corresponding Storage via Web Service and download it into the register. After downloading into the register, determine corresponding settings.

eDocumentation
|
After downloading the eDocumentation storage via Web Service into the register, determine the required settings. Check the link to the storage and ensure that the documents will be archived correctly in a safe cloud storage at Telekom Slovenije.

Certified eDocumentation
|
After downloading the Certified eDocumentation storage into the register via Web Serivce, determine the required settings. You need to register to the bizBox portal and append Storage in PANTHEON. By checking the current link, check the correctness of the entered login information and ensure that the documents will be correctly archived in certified storage, in a safe ZZI cloud.

Local eDocumentation

The Local eDocumentation storage enables saving documents on local servers to PANTHEON licence users. After creating the local base PA DMS, check the current link to ensure the documents will be correctly archived into storage.

No storage
|
If a company does not want to upload certain documents into electronic document storage, the No storage option can be selected.
