Certified eDocumentation

Certified eDocumentation is a service of electronic document storage via the provider ZZI that is safe, in accordance with the law, and certified at the Archive of the Republic of Slovenia.
Therefore the system can store documents that were originally created electronically, as well as documents created on paper and digitalised later.
After successfully activating and downloading the Certified eDocumentation storage via Web Service, you need to determine required settings in the register.

We recommend a combination of eDocumentation and Certified eDocumentation - store legally prescribed documentationin Certified eDocumentation and use the regular eDocumentation for storing commercial and technical documentation, and postal books.

1. Entering the username and password
To use Certified eDocumentation, the person responsible in the company must first register on the bizBox portal.
When registering, the person responsible receives the username and sets a password. The person responsible enters the username and password into PANTHEON.
In the menu, the person responsible selects Settings | Program | Administration Panel and selects the Settings | Documentation | Storage panel.

The person responsible finds the Certified eDocumentation storage.
After selecting the Certified eDocumentation storage, the person responsible enters the username and password into the Login field.
In the Confirm password field, the person responsible enters the password again (as shown in the image below).

The person responsible confirms the changes by clicking the
(Post edit) button.
Lastly, the person responsible selects the just added login information from the drop-down list in the Login field. In this case, the person responsible selects: TECTA.ADMINISTRATOR.

2. Entering identification
The person responsible enters the identification information (Attachment) received in an email from the ZZI company at activation of Certified eDocumentation.
The person responsible enters the received identification data into the Identify field.

3. Checking current link/connection
Lastly, the person responsible checks the functioning of the Storage by clicking the
(Test current connection) button.

If the link is successful, a window is opened with the information: Connection established.

The person responsible confirms the information by clicking the OK button. If the link is unsuccessful, an Error window opens.
