Items

The Items register is one of the most important registers in the PANTHEON software suite. It contains all the products, materials, goods, services and other elements that are manufactured, sold or purchased in the company. In addition, it is used to correct item prices, check stock and edit other important data and settings related to company items.

The Items register also contains other linked registers.

List of items

The list of items allows you to view the items entered in the register and to check and edit their data.

This chapter describes how to search, sort, filter and view data in the list of items.

Creating a new item

You can enter any number of items in the program and add data to them to make it easier to track purchases, sales, stock and other business processes.

This chapter describes how to create a new item in the Items register.

Importing items

Import items is a feature that allows you to batch import items into a register using a predefined structure. Using the import subject feature can save you a lot of time, e.g. when migrating data from other systems or databases.

This chapter describes how to obtain the Excel file with predefined structure, how to populate the file, how to import the data into the register and how to edit it.

Contract prices

Contract prices allow you to define prices or discounts for the identical items that are sold or purchased. They can be defined for multiple subjects and have a fixed period of validity.

Importing contract prices

Import contract prices is a feature that allows you to batch import purchase or sales prices into a register using a predefined structure. It allows you to enter prices for multiple items and subjects at the same time.

Classification

Classifications allow you to group items together and make it easier to enter new items with the same classification.

Item types

The item type is a mandatory entry when entering items, which, in addition to grouping items, also serves as a description of the item's characteristics (material, goods, service).

Units of measurement

The List of units of measurement is used for entering simple and consolidated units of measurement applied in the Items register.
